Cleansing your skin in the morning and applying a skin clarifying lotion is essential to getting clear skin.

Cleanse with the Clay-Honey cleanser. This recipe requires Fuller's earth (Multani mitti),Honey, and Tea tree essential oil. Here's how you make it:
  • Mix 1-2 Tablespoons of clay with ¼ cup of honey

Take a cotton ball/pad and soak it in some Green Tea and Rose Water Toner. This is a very simple recipe for which you will need Green tea, and Rose water . Here's how you make this:
  • Steep a green tea bag in a cup of hot water for few min.
  • Add a teaspoon of rose water.
  • Cool or add ice cube.

Twice a week, (Tuesday and Sunday) apply the Papaya Jojoba Oil Scrub in circular motions on the face and neck area. You will need Raw papaya, Jojoba oil, and Rose water for this recipe:
  • Use a blender to mash up and create a smooth paste out of the raw papaya (use small amount of rose water as required)
  • With the paste ready add Jojoba oil and blend further

Leave it to dry and wash the face with warm water after 15 minutes. From the 2nd week onwards, leave a gap of 5 days between two scrubs, and from the 3rd week, once every 7 days.
Apply the Green Apple Night Cream on a dry face using circular motions for maximum absorption.
  • Cut a green apple in two halves, de-seed and cut into small cubes.
  • Blend them with 2 tsp of Olive oil until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  • Pour it in a double boiler and mix until the mixture is warm.
  • Remove from boiler and let it cool.
  • After the mixture cools down add 2 tsp of rose water.
  • Add 1tsp of turmeric to this mixture
  • This mixture should last you for a week with daily application
  • Wait for 15 minutes before getting into bed.
